The Conestoga Public Schools' strategic plan aims to inspire and prepare students for life, grounded in values of mutual respect, caring, trust, and cooperative learning. A primary strategic initiative is the full implementation of a cohesive district Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) in mathematics and social-emotional learning by the 2026-2027 school year. This includes enhancing core practices, increasing state benchmark assessments through the integration of Universal Design for Learning, and prioritizing and vertically aligning academic standards across all classes to foster student growth and staff development.
