County of San Diego Board of Supervisors Statement of Proceedings
The Board of Supervisors meeting addressed several key issues. These included the second consideration and adoption of an ordinance related to the Traffic Advisory Committee, a review of the local emergency proclamation for the U.S.-Mexico transboundary pollution crisis, and the establishment of a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of San Diego and the County of Los Angeles to implement the Equitable Building Decarbonization Program. Additionally, there was discussion regarding an amendment to the Defense and Indemnification Agreement for the Otay Ranch Resort Village 13 Project. The Housing Authority also discussed the financial repositioning of public housing units.
