The meeting agenda included the adoption of the December 1, 2025 Regular Meeting minutes. The final Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Amendments were adopted. The monthly financial status report and county manager's report were presented. Commissioners expressed their appreciation to county staff.

The White County Board of Commissioners held a meeting where they designated November 19-26, 2025, as Farm-City Week. They approved land use variances for Nacoochee Methodist Church and a conditional use permit with land use variances for property on Elrod Road. Amendments to White County Codes and Land Use Regulations were adopted, addressing subjects such as fees, land disturbance permits, water system attachments, recreational vehicles, and setbacks. Additionally, the board approved the purchase of extrication equipment for Fire Stations 5, 6, and 9, and announced the receipt of $500,000 in Congressionally Directed Spending for the library construction project.
