It is guided by two strategic goals: reducing occupational hazards through direct intervention and promoting a safe and healthful workplace culture. Key priorities include strengthening external engagement, transitioning to a cohesive team, and improving operations through better processes and technology. The plan's objectives are to enhance workplace safety, reduce injuries, illnesses, and fatalities, and ensure effective worker involvement and proactive cooperative programs.
