The Commission addressed several land-use and development requests. The agenda included a public hearing regarding a conditional use permit for a short-term rental at 154 Jesse Street, which generated significant opposition from residents. The Commission also reviewed a proposal for a new Casey's store at Harwood and Lynn, which faced concerns from local clergy regarding traffic safety and alcohol sales. Additionally, the Commission discussed multiple plat and replat applications, including the Trinity Lutheran Church subdivision at 1300 Kent Drive, a property split at 2001 Beck Lane, and a consolidation of lots at 777 Bryce Street.
