The Malden Board of Public Works held its regular session meeting on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting included approval of the June 11, 2024, minutes; review of financial reports; department reports from Electric, Power Plant, Water/Wastewater, and Office; and director reports covering topics such as the MPUA Mutual Aid Agreement, FSCB Credit Card Fees, IBEW Local 702 Contract Review, and 2024/2025 Budget Approval Review. A closed session followed to discuss contract and personnel matters.

The Malden Board of Public Works held its regular session meeting on Tuesday, January 30, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting included approval of the December 12, 2023, minutes; review of financial reports from December 31, 2023; and department reports from the Electric, Power Plant, Water/Wastewater, and Office departments. Director reports included a credit card request, and other business deemed necessary was also addressed. The meeting concluded with closed sessions regarding contracts and personnel.

The Malden Board of Public Works held its regular session meeting on April 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting included approval of minutes from February 27, 2024, review of financial reports from February 29, 2024, and department reports covering electric, power plant, and water/wastewater services. Director reports included an agreement for professional services, and other business was discussed. A closed session followed to discuss contract and personnel matters.

The Malden Finance & Budget Committee meeting on April 5, 2024, reviewed and made recommendations on several Public Safety Department requests. These included security cameras and server purchase, kennels for the dog pound, and turnout gear for volunteer firefighters, all of which were approved. The committee also discussed the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 budgets.

Director reports addressed job classifications, grant updates, software subscriptions, service agreements, and a customer service position. Other business deemed necessary was also discussed.
