The meeting discussed the role of the PA and grade representatives in Latin Pride, noting low attendance and difficulty in engaging the Executive Committee. The group also addressed the budget for the PA, which comes from Latin Pride funds, and the desire for greater involvement from those deciding how the funds are spent. Plans were made for outreach for Latin Pride, with coordinators assigned for upper and middle school, as well as for advisory representatives. Handouts and talking points will be prepared, and volunteer meetings or calls will be scheduled.
