The board approved the presentation of Assessment Change Orders (ACOs) and the Mobile Home Digest. Several Conservation Use Valuation Assessment (CUVA) breaches were reviewed and approved without penalties. The board also established and approved the schedule of regular meeting dates for the upcoming year. Additionally, they reviewed and accepted the Errors and Releases (E & R) and Notice of Determination (NOD) lists, as well as the Appeal Withdrawal Forms for the previous month. The board discussed an ongoing Board of Equalization (BOE) decision, which they elected to appeal to Superior Court, and reviewed the report on outstanding appeals.
