This Master Plan evaluates the needs and opportunities for recreation programs, events, facilities, trails, lakes, and parks within the Township of South Frontenac over a ten-year period. It provides needs assessments, recommendations, and an implementation plan to guide the Township's recreation provision. Key focus areas include outdoor and all-season programming, wellness and fitness, nature-based activities, gymnasium sports, short-duration programs, and arts and culture. The by-law establishes fees and charges for various services provided by the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac. Development services, fire and emergency services, public services such as recreation, summer registration, and waste management are also included. The fees are subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and Retail Sales Tax (RST) where applicable and are generally adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index.
