Old business matters to be discussed include disaster response declarations, public safety radio systems, economic development, and department space usage.

The commission held public hearings and approved applications for the construction of a monopole cellular tower by The Towers, LLC, dba Vertical Bridge, and for a classic car restoration small business by Timothy Robinson. Future meeting dates were reviewed.

The agenda includes reports from the Public Works Director, the Director of Facilities and Grounds, and the Jail Director, including discussion on an RFP for food services. A hydrogeologic assessment presentation on groundwater availability will be conducted. The Planning Commission conducted public hearings and approved a zone change application from TA-1 to RE for a property in Pohocco Township. Additionally, the commission approved an application for the land application of biosolids in Green Township and completed an annual review for a drywall storage and distribution small business.
