The Board addressed several agenda items, including the approval of the Public Defender's position posting and the adoption of Resolution #18-2026 for the County's One and Six Year Road Plan. The Board authorized a KPTM Lease Agreement and accepted proposals for HVAC and pest control services at tower sites. Additionally, a closed session was conducted for contract negotiations. The Board also discussed jurisdiction ceding for River Resort, LLC, evaluated travel reimbursement policies for the Sheriff's department, and approved vendor claims for the month.

The Board discussed various Public Works updates, including road maintenance and bridge project statuses, and approved the One & Six Year Road Plan following a public hearing. The Board also convened as an Equalization Board, addressed a property tax refund, reviewed and tabled a subdivision application, approved an annual review for a commercial feedlot, authorized land-related resolutions, and removed the spending cap for the courthouse bathroom remodel project. The session included updates from NACO regarding legislative changes, committee reports on facility management and safety training, and an executive session held for negotiations and litigation.
