The board reviewed and approved financial statements and audit reports. Additionally, the board approved a change order for door locks, payment applications, federal budget adjustments, and several Blair County Tax Claim Bureau repository bids. Donations and student activity accounts were accepted, and obsolete property was designated for disposal. Further actions included the approval of the school calendar, extended school year dates, personnel actions, and student-related agreements. Several board policies underwent first or second readings, and an update was provided on previously tabled library books.

The meeting included a review of winter sports coaching evaluations and team accomplishments, as well as a preview of the upcoming spring sports season.
