The Board discussed the swearing-in of a new board member and received the District President/CEO's administrative report, which covered college events, recent updates, and retiree recognition. Financial highlights and an update on the 2017-2020 strategic planning process were presented. The Board also reviewed and approved consent items, including a workforce needs analysis consultancy and a donation acceptance. Discussions included an academic update regarding the RELLIS Campus project, as well as the authorization for agreements concerning geotechnical construction testing services and construction phase utility services for academic facilities at the RELLIS Campus.
