The Board of Education approved several new hires, including a part-time bus aide, paraprofessionals, and a long-term substitute. They also approved leave without pay requests and the re-hire of an accompanist for musical and ILMEA contests. Additionally, the board approved a resignation.

The budget includes estimated beginning and ending fund balances, receipts/revenues from local, state, and federal sources, and disbursements/expenditures for various functions such as instruction, support services, community services, and payments to other districts. It covers multiple funds including Educational Operations & Maintenance, Debt Service, Transportation, Municipal Retirement/Social Security, Capital Projects, Working Cash, Tort, and Fire Prevention & Safety. The budget also details cash transactions, estimated receipts/revenues, and disbursements/expenditures by function and object.

The Board approved several employment actions, including the employment of a 5th-grade teacher and an Elementary School Behavior Interventionist. Additionally, support staff employments such as High School Paraprofessional and Cook's Assistants were approved. The board also approved resignations, coaching staff, New Teacher Mentoring Program Mentors, and a voluntary transfer. Contract renewals for a Certified Occupational Therapist, Interim Transportation Director, and Student Support Specialist Mentor were also approved.

The Board of Education approved various employment actions, including non-certified staff for the 2025-2026 school year, several certified teaching positions, and numerous summer help positions. They also approved administrative contracts, a memorandum of understanding with the West Carroll Support Personnel Association, several coaching positions, and various resignations and leave requests. Approvals were also given for retirement requests and the granting of tenure to staff.

Several certified resignations were also approved, as well as new hirings for various positions. A voluntary transfer of a bus aide was approved, and a leave without pay request was granted.
