Minnehaha County Housing and Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting

The meeting included a review of financial reports, specifically noting budget adherence despite overages from a recent lightning strike and increased utility costs due to extreme heat. The Commission discussed an insurance claim regarding the lightning strike, deciding against filing due to premium impacts. An update was provided on the tax credit transition process, with authorization given to retain legal counsel as necessary. The Commission also reviewed the replacement reserve status and approved the purchase of an additional air conditioning/heating unit, as well as a reimbursement expenditure to Llyod. Finally, general building updates were provided regarding landscaping and water leakage issues.
