The strategic plan focuses on increasing EL proficiency by ensuring that 100% of EL students have access to at least 45 minutes of instruction from an ESL endorsed teacher weekly by the 2025-2026 school year. It also aims to increase the number of fully endorsed, or working towards endorsement, teachers from 6% to 15% by the 2026-2027 school year. Additionally, the plan addresses PBIS/SEL, aiming to increase the climate and culture of the school in areas such as challenging feelings, emotional regulation, growth mindset, and positive feelings to at least 80% in each area by the Spring of 2026. The plan also includes strategies for restorative practice, PBIS, family engagement, and staff training to support these goals.
