The health department provided its annual report covering activities in communicable disease investigations, environmental health, septic and water concerns, emerging threats like Lyme disease, and the implementation of health resource vending machines. Additionally, a presentation was given regarding the emergency 911 communications center, highlighting staff certifications, performance achievements, and challenges managed during the Rock the Country event.
