The meeting included a presentation for a new disc golf course proposal by the McKinley Leadership Academy. Additionally, the council awarded a contract for the installation of an Automated Weather Observing System at the municipal airport.

The agenda includes presentations on a solar and renewable energy workforce school and recommended improvements for I-40 interchanges. The Council will discuss the removal of a structure at 3402 Blue Hill Ave and review several budget adjustments related to senior center food costs, fire department vehicle purchases, and an arts and cultural district grant. Additionally, the Council will address a street and parking lot closure request for a parade, the vacation of public utility and drainage easements for a new truck stop facility, and the approval of funding for PARD services and pedestrian safety projects.
