City and Borough of Wrangell Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting
The commission held public hearings and discussed several new business items, including the subdivision of lands for the CBW Deep Water Port, the Woodbury Subdivision, and a request from GreenSparc to lease property at the Six-Mile-Deep Water Port. Additionally, the commission reviewed a request from JAG Marine Group regarding property leases, addressed a request to vacate a public right-of-way on A Street, and considered an ordinance to establish Timber Management zoning for the Earl West Subdivision. A separate request from private citizens to purchase Borough-owned property for a private access driveway was also discussed.
