The committee reviewed and approved the Major Site Plan for the Camp Family Cemetery. It also approved an expansion for the 2853 Chimney Rock Rd RV Park, contingent upon the acquisition of necessary electrical and plumbing permits. Additionally, the committee tabled the Major Site Plan revision for Garbage Pal to allow for the submission of additional information regarding outdoor storage, site screening, erosion control, and required permits.
