The Board approved numerous resolutions, including contracts for full-time faculty, adjunct faculty, administrators, and support staff for the 2026-2029 period. Financial and operational actions included appointing auditors, approving treasurer's reports, various vouchers, membership renewals, and maintenance service agreements for HVAC and temperature control systems. Several procurement items were authorized for campus improvements, including paving, flooring installation, classroom renovation equipment (whiteboards and furniture), electrical services, and library materials/subscriptions. The Board also addressed personnel matters, including reappointments for faculty and staff, faculty promotions, granting emeritus status to several professors, and appointing legal counsel.

The Board of Trustees held a regular meeting covering several agenda items. Key discussions included an executive session regarding the President's Annual Evaluation, the approval of the Treasurer's Report, and the adoption of various resolutions encompassing administrative, campus infrastructure, educational, and technological contracts. Reports were provided on campus safety, enrollment updates, and immigration procedures. Public comments addressed topics such as transportation options, engineering alumni reunions, music program student accomplishments, the dance program closure, faculty awards, film festivals, and shared governance and contract negotiations.

The Board also authorized software and service agreements covering drone operator training, lecture capture software, office supplies, promotional products, website technical support, computer hardware, Banner system maintenance, and various administrative software platforms. Additionally, the Board authorized the Treasurer's report, payment of various vouchers, and several procurement contracts including flooring for the college center, industrial equipment and supplies, marketing and advertising services, athletic equipment, nursing and medical student kits, science and engineering materials, and library computer replacements. The Board also approved campus internet services, human resources actions, and a new religious accommodation policy.
