City Council Special Meeting

The City Council convened in a special session for a closed session, addressing consultation with the City Attorney and a personnel item. The Mayor was absent due to illness, and the meeting was presided over by the Mayor Pro Tempore. Council decided to proceed with the meeting as scheduled.
