Key topics included ensuring alignment with K-12 partners to introduce students to future work areas and new technologies. For older students and adult learners, emphasis was placed on providing flexibility in schedules, such as offering evening or weekend classes, to accommodate working students. Furthermore, the concept of completion was defined not merely as earning a degree or credential, but as reaching a point of confidence where the student feels prepared with the necessary skills and knowledge for their next opportunity.
