Hendrix College Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan 2017-2022

This strategic plan outlines the long-term direction for Hendrix College's Office for Diversity and Inclusion. It aims to promote an equitable, diverse community by designing and implementing sustainable policies, initiatives, and programming to increase and maintain diversity and inclusion among all college constituents, including students, faculty, staff, administration, alumni, and the Board of Trustees. The plan is structured around two overarching strategic goals: 'Access,' which focuses on creating successful pathways for underrepresented individuals to join the Hendrix community, and 'Campus Culture,' which seeks to promote efforts that foster a more equitable and inclusive environment.
