This document serves as a formal notification of a regular board meeting for the district, held to conduct official board business pursuant to Idaho Code requirements.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the swearing-in ceremony for board members, hold an executive session to discuss personnel evaluations, employee discipline, and legal counsel concerning pending or potential litigation, followed by an annual regular session board meeting as prescribed by Idaho Code.

The board has scheduled an executive session to evaluate, dismiss, or discipline public officers, employees, or students, and to consider the hiring process for public officers, employees, staff, or agents. The meeting also includes a special session to address district governance matters.

The Board of Trustees convened a special meeting to conduct an executive session for the purpose of holding an expulsion hearing.

The board meeting was convened to conduct both an executive session and an open session as part of the scheduled proceedings for the school district.
