The commission reviewed and approved final plat requests for the Bates Pike Subdivision and the Caywood Horton Road Property. Rezoning requests were addressed for 6785 Georgetown Road NW, which will be used for additional parking, and for 159 Hollow Road NE, where neighbors raised concerns regarding drainage, sewer connectivity, setbacks, and traffic flow. Additionally, the commission approved an amendment to the Cluster Development Guidelines.

The commission reviewed and approved several plat requests, including the Murnik Lane Corrective Plat, the Wanda Gibbs Estate for Darlene Young Revised Lot 1-3 Final Plat, the Falcon Creek Lots 1-40 Preliminary Plat, and the Addy's Acres for Dennis & Marcia Botts Final Plat. Additionally, the commission approved a rezoning request at 230 Burris Lane NW from Forestry Agricultural Residential to High Density Residential for a duplex development. The committee also discussed a future zoning text amendment concerning cryptocurrency regulation in light and heavy industrial districts.

The Commission addressed several items during the meeting, including the approval of the final plat for The Journey Church of Cleveland and the preliminary plat for Castlewood Estates. Additionally, the Commission approved a rezoning request for the property located at 4152 Spring Place Road SE from FAR Forestry/Agricultural/Residential to C-2 General Commercial.
