The meeting will also include an election of officers, a review of monthly communication updates, and a non-public session regarding the acquisition, sale, or lease of real or personal property.

The commission held a public hearing regarding the adoption of amendments to the Historic District Regulations and the adoption of new Design Guidelines. Key topics included the clarification of review procedures, the definition of public view, the removal of trees, and requirements for the construction of stone walls and outbuildings. Residents expressed concerns regarding regulatory overreach, particularly regarding backyard oversight, the definition of public view vs. public way, and the financial impact of maintaining certain building materials. The commission closed the public hearing on the regulations to incorporate requested amendments, and further discussion was held on the intent and application of the Design Guidelines as an educational resource.
