The Village of Hawthorn Woods Village Board Meeting Minutes
The board meeting included the reappointment of a member to the Police Pension Fund Board and an appointment to the Planning, Building and Zoning Commission. Life-Saving Awards were presented to two officers. The board approved a consent agenda that included ordinances related to municipal grocery retailers' occupation tax, the use of non-registered motor-driven vehicles, an agreement for Village Hall/Police Department siding replacement, pavement patching program, legal services, a polling contract for the Aquatic Center, and proclaiming National See Tracks? Think Train Week. A public hearing was held regarding the Annexation Agreement for the Kemper Ridge Subdivision Property. The board also discussed and approved ordinances related to annexing properties to the Village.
