The Town Board meeting included discussions and possible actions regarding a conditional use permit for Diane and Jeff Schircel to build an accessory structure, and another conditional use permit for ACE Builders to construct a warehouse for Iron Supports manufacturing. The Public Safety Committee Report included recommendations regarding a second code enforcement officer, not establishing a full-time police department, and not establishing billing for service for Fire and EMS, as well as discussing firearms and body armor. The board also considered approving an additional office position of Utility Clerk/Administrative Assistant, a server replacement quote, and Servers/Bartenders Licenses Applications.

The Town of Sheboygan Town Board is holding a public hearing to discuss the presentation and approval of the 2026 proposed budget and the 2025 tax levy. The budget includes details on general property taxes, other taxes, intergovernmental revenues, licenses and permits, fines, public charges for services, miscellaneous revenues, and proceeds of debt. Expenditures cover general government, public safety, public works, culture, recreation and education, conservation and development, capital outlay, and debt service.

The agenda includes a public hearing for a variance request by Bradley Wessel and Amber Waite to place a storage shed in front of their home due to land constraints. The board will review and take action on the variance application. The meeting will also cover correspondence and communication.

A survey for Villages and Townships was approved to be created in Microsoft Forms and sent to leadership members in Sheboygan County who have or have had contracted services with the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office. The committee received a copy of the County Wide Fire-EMS Sustainability Analysis report. A request was made to provide Town of Sheboygan Code Enforcement incident stats at each meeting in addition to the law enforcement stats.

The Town of Sheboygan Board of Appeals meeting addressed a variance request for a Pylon sign with price changers, aiming for visibility to motorists on I-43 due to the height of the Menards building. Additionally, the board reviewed and acted upon a variance request to build a garage on the side of a property due to buried utilities, allowing for additional square footage with specific height and setback requirements, pending a survey to ensure proper placement.
