It delves into the application of AI in battlefield decision-making and cyber warfare, examining how nations leverage AI for intelligence gathering, defense, and influence operations. The analysis contrasts the US's market-driven, innovation-focused approach with China's state-controlled, military-centric strategy, highlighting their respective advantages and challenges. The discussion also raises critical questions about AI's role in escalation, deterrence, the necessity of human involvement in decision-making, and challenges related to attribution in cyber conflict.
