The Lake Fort Phantom Hill Neighborhood Plan, developed by the Fort Phantom Lake Association, aims to transform the neighborhood into a safe, clean, and wholesome model community. It focuses on five key strategic areas: Neighborhood Development & Ownership, Utilities and Services, Clean Up and Safety, Recreation, and Public Relations. The plan seeks to preserve natural resources, encourage growth, tourism, and recreation, ultimately creating a multi-use Special Activity Center that enhances the quality of life for residents and visitors.
