The Board approved various financial items including supplemental appropriations, transfer of funds, and the payment of bills. Additionally, the Board authorized a Floodplain Development Permit for INR Ohio, LLC, designated a public depository for the Tuscarawas County Metropolitan Sewer District, and approved an amendment to the Engineering Agreement for the Wilkshire Hills Emergency Water Transmission Line project. Further actions included extending a letter of intent for commercial real estate purchase, issuing a legal advertisement for rock salt bids, and approving the dedication of Russell Drive to Lawrence Township.

The Board of Commissioners approved supplemental appropriations for the Dog Pound and transferred funds for Common Pleas equipment and computer replacements. Additionally, they approved an inter-fund transfer for the Child Service Fund, authorized a twelve-month contract with Sunday Creek Horizons, and approved an independent contractor agreement with Great Lakes Community Action Partnership for environmental assessment and NEPA coordination services related to a water transmission line project. The board also authorized the payment of various bills.

The Board of Commissioners discussed and approved supplemental appropriations for USDA loans, authorized inter-fund transfers and advances, and declared certain office furniture as obsolete. Furthermore, the board granted Flood Plain Development Permits for water line installations in Warren Township and Rush Township, approved a Premises Use Agreement for parking during Music on the Square, entered into a 60-month lease agreement for a Pitney Bowes mail machine, and authorized the payment of various bills.

The meeting included the approval of then and now expenditures for Family and Children First, authorization of an inter-fund transfer from the County General fund to the Growth Fund Grant, and approval of out-of-county travel for the County Administrator to attend a board meeting. Additionally, the Board reviewed and approved the Dog and Kennel report for May and authorized the payment of various county bills.

The Board approved various financial actions, including then and now expenditures, supplemental appropriations for the Humane Society and Dog & Kennel department, and inter-fund transfers. Several agenda items were tabled, specifically a supplemental appropriation for the Recorder's office and an out-of-state travel request for the Public Defender. The Board declared a county vehicle as surplus to be donated to the Buckeye Career Center, authorized a floodplain development permit for a property in Mill Township, and adopted a resolution to perform a cost-analysis study for services related to seized and impounded dogs. The session concluded with the payment of outstanding county bills.
