The Management Committee discussed proposed amendments to the Procedure Bylaw regarding remote participation and order of business. Additionally, the committee reviewed and directed the drafting of amendments to the Administration Bylaw and the Purchasing Policy, focusing on clarifying delegated authorities, adjusting approval limits for land transactions and legal claims, enhancing accountability, improving competitive bidding processes, and establishing clearer procurement and auditing procedures.

The committee discussed and approved the proposed meeting schedule for 2026. A comprehensive review of the Council Committee's structure was conducted, resulting in decisions to dissolve certain advisory committees, evolve others into user groups, and adjust liaison strategies with school boards. Furthermore, the committee directed the development of a formal Council Compensation Policy to be finalized for future consideration.
