The commission reviewed and recommended approval for the Temple Holdings site plan, which includes plans for warehouse and distribution space. The commission also engaged in a discussion regarding the draft future land use map for the 2022 Comprehensive Plan, focusing on land use scenarios, neighborhood commercial nodes, traffic concerns, and the preservation of the city's character. Additionally, commission members discussed various operational matters, including code enforcement, architectural standards for new developments, and infrastructure projects.
