The Airport Authority discussed and considered approving the submission of a grant application for Federal Fiscal Year 2206 for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Airport Terminal Program (ATP).

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for the Johnstown-Cambria County Airport Authority, covering Federal Fiscal Years 2023-2025, aims to ensure nondiscrimination and equal opportunity for DBEs in U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)-assisted contracts. Key objectives include creating a level playing field, removing barriers to DBE participation, promoting DBE utilization, and assisting in the development of firms that can compete successfully. The program outlines policy statements, administrative requirements, monitoring and enforcement mechanisms, and a small business program element, with an overall DBE goal of 4.57% for the specified period.
