The board reviewed the budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year and decided to handle the testing for the new UV Filtration System with Converse Labs to save approximately $15,000. They also decided not to allow contractors to bid on the Water Project if they plan to subcontract 90% or more of the project. The board discussed having Janelle Tuper update the accounting and agreed to check her availability. They also planned to inform residents in advance about the refuse charge increasing to $45 in June. A meeting was scheduled for April 29, 2025, to adopt the budget.

The special board meeting included interviews for the DPW laborer position, resulting in the decision to hire Jayden Schmitte at a rate of $20.00 per hour with a 5% insurance contribution.
