The board meeting included several recognition segments. The board went into an executive session and later discussed a strategic plan update, consideration/approval of monthly financial statements, order of trustee election, unsolicited donations, an interlocal agreement with the Region 10 Education Service Center Child Nutrition Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative Program, an updated compensation manual, an easement revision with Oncor Electric Delivery Company, and an administrator contract for the Athletic Director/Head Football Coach.
