North Island College Strategic Plan 2021-2026
The North Island College's BUILD 2026 Strategic Plan is a commitment to providing individualized education and training experiences to empower students and foster healthier, more resilient communities. The plan focuses on nine key pillars: people (healthy workplaces, development, engagement), foundation (teaching, finances, IT, enrolment, campuses, risk management), frame (student well-being, support), doorways (program entry, learning services, pathways), rooms (Indigenous-led, community-connected, self-directed, global learning, program renewal), windows (brand, marketing), roof (reconciliation, diversity, equity, inclusion, transparency), environment (climate, sustainability), and communities (serving the region, engagement, social and economic development). The overarching vision is to deliver British Columbia's best individualized education and training experience by 2026.
