The commission received an update regarding upcoming lateral officer interviews scheduled by the police department to establish a new hiring list.

The commission agenda focuses on key organizational and community engagement topics, including a review of the commission's purpose and responsibilities as outlined in Ordinance 277, planning for the 2026 Annual Report and 2027 budget, and coordination for upcoming community events such as the Volunteer and Service Expo, the Farmers Market, and the Founders and Fireworks celebration.
