BoardChesapeake College Board Of Trustees Board Of Trustees Meeting
The Board meeting included welcoming a new member and conferring degrees and certificates. Reports were provided by the Student Government Association, the College President regarding institutional outreach and budget, as well as the Faculty and Staff assemblies. The Board approved several governance and human resources policies, including a Data Classification Matrix, an Information Security Policy, and a Remote Access and Management Policy. Furthermore, the Board approved the slate of candidates for Chair and Vice Chair for the upcoming fiscal year. A closed session was held to discuss personnel matters, during which administrator contracts were approved.
