The Indian Capital Technology Center's (ICTC) Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP) for FY23-FY28 focuses on developing world-class leaders for the workplace by providing quality training. Key areas include: maintaining a balanced school improvement model supporting academic, technical, and work readiness skills; a customer-focused approach serving students, adult learners, and businesses; promoting leadership at all levels through Wildly Important Goals (WIGs); ensuring professional accountability through the Teacher Leader Effectiveness (TLE) process; and delivering quality services measured by enrollment, completion/retention, job placement, and credential/certification attainment. The plan emphasizes a change mindset, data-driven decision-making, and strategic partnerships to enhance economic development and student success.

The board meeting agenda includes discussion and voting on various topics such as encumbrances for the general and building funds, monthly activity fund transactions, activity fund accounts, participation in the Oklahoma Public Schools Unemployment Compensation Account, and a review of the administrator cell phone reimbursement policy. Other agenda items involve approving or disapproving consultation contracts, instructor pay and student tuition rates, clinical contracts, out-of-state training sessions, field trips, fundraisers, and personnel recommendations including resignations, appointments, and changes in positions. An executive session is proposed to discuss personnel matters.
