District Effectiveness Improvement Plan 2026-2027
This District Effectiveness Improvement Plan outlines three key priorities for the 2026-2027 academic year. The first priority, "Foundations for Learning," focuses on establishing a common instructional framework through effective first instruction, systemwide shared commitments, evidence-based decision-making, differentiated support, and sustainable systems. The second priority aims to expand and redesign Postsecondary Workforce Readiness Initiatives, specifically Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, to ensure coherence, accessibility, alignment with workforce demands, and connection to "Colorado's Big Three" outcomes. The third priority addresses the sustained reduction of chronic absenteeism and the elimination of variations across student subgroups by maintaining districtwide practices, implementing differentiated school support, ensuring consistent systems, and scaling effective practices.
