East Hartford Planning And Zoning-IWL Commission Meeting Minutes
The Commission received a presentation regarding the Brownfields Area-Wide Revitalization Project for the Burnside Church Street neighborhood. Regarding the Inland Wetlands portion, a decision on an application for overflow parking at 53 Alna Lane was tabled until the next meeting. In the Planning and Zoning segment, the Commission addressed a subdivision application for 215 and 231 Brewer Street, which was tabled to allow for further legal consultation and review of Town Council recommendations. Additionally, the Commission approved a regulation text amendment concerning drive-through restaurants and facilities, following a review of legal opinions regarding the regulation of autonomous vehicles.
