Ohio Housing Finance Agency Annual Plan 2026-2027
This Annual Plan outlines the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's (OHFA) commitment to delivering safe, affordable housing options to communities throughout Ohio. The plan is structured around four guiding principles: creating and preserving affordable and accessible housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income Ohioans; ensuring access to quality affordable housing through compliance standards and asset management; educating stakeholders and the public about Ohio's housing challenges and how OHFA programs address them; and strengthening OHFA's ability to carry out its mission by developing innovative approaches to a constantly changing housing landscape.
