The 2020-2025 Strategic Plan for the Willow Park Police Department aims to continually improve its service to the citizens of Willow Park by providing guidance and structure for the department. The plan is built upon four strategic goals: developing and retaining a quality workforce, reducing, solving, and preventing crime, building positive police/community relationships, and continuing advanced department training. The overarching mission is to partner with the community to ensure a safe environment through collaboration, partnerships, and community policing, while the vision is to be a professional department providing public safety and law enforcement services to a growing community.
