The City Council adopted a resolution to request permission from the Director of the Division of Local Government Services for the dedication by rider of revenues received by the municipality for the Celebration of Public Events Trust Fund. This action is taken pursuant to NJS 40A:5-29, allowing the receipt and appropriation of funds from small public and private charitable donations to support special city initiatives and events.
