Rosedale Union Elementary School District Local Control and Accountability Plan 2026-2027
This Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), also known as FOCUS (For Our Children's Ultimate Success), serves as a roadmap for the Rosedale Union Elementary School District. The plan outlines three key goals: ensuring high achievement in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking for all students; creating safe, supportive, and equitable learning environments; and fostering strong school connections through social-emotional learning, extracurriculars, and family partnerships. The core educational priorities are Literacy, Numeracy, and College & Career Readiness, guiding initiatives to provide targeted interventions, expanded learning opportunities, and increased access to advanced coursework, especially for unduplicated pupils.
