This document introduces the Future Ready PA Index, a comprehensive, public-facing school progress report from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Education. The index categorizes indicators into State Assessment, On-Track, and College and Career Measures, and outlines four approaches for depicting progress and performance. It sets long-term federal accountability goals aligned to 2030, with annual reporting beginning Fall 2018, to drive continuous school improvement under Pennsylvania's ESSA Consolidated State Plan.

The Board conducted a performance review of the District Superintendent for the 2023-2024 school year, evaluating criteria based on the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators' model performance standards and established objective goals in instructional leadership and systems of support. The Board concluded that the Superintendent met or exceeded these standards, identified areas for improvement, and provided recommendations for the upcoming school year.

The strategic plan of Consolidated High School District 230 emphasizes the use of data analytics to inform decision-making and support student learning. It incorporates a strategic framework comprising 10 goals, each with specific action steps and measurable metrics. Key areas of focus include analyzing English Learner student performance trends and using student analytics to address issues such as tardiness, as demonstrated by community collaborations to improve student punctuality.

The Northern Lebanon School District's 2022-2025 Comprehensive Plan focuses on improving student achievement, fostering a supportive school environment, and building strong community partnerships. Key areas of focus include using student achievement data to inform instructional decisions, implementing a multi-tiered support system for students experiencing trauma, and engaging families and the community to enhance programs and initiatives. The plan aims to increase ELA and math proficiency by at least 10%, decrease discipline referrals by 5% annually, and foster stronger partnerships to better prepare students for post-secondary success. The plan emphasizes a data-driven approach, continuous improvement, and collaboration among stakeholders.

The Northern Lebanon School District's 2021-2027 Long-Range Plan focuses on nine main goals to inspire students and equip them for the future. These goals center around aligning district systems, fostering community engagement and communication, ensuring academic excellence, providing student and family support, and cultivating a dedicated and talented staff. The plan emphasizes using data to inform resource allocation, improve instruction, and support continuous improvement. Specific areas of focus include developing a shared vision, allocating resources effectively, enhancing communication with stakeholders, building community partnerships, implementing a standards-aligned curriculum, monitoring instructional effectiveness, improving leadership, coordinating student and family support systems, and creating a comprehensive hiring and retention process. The plan aims to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that prepares students for success.
