Board of County Commissioners Business Meeting

The meeting addressed a variety of administrative and operational items. Public comment was heard regarding court and family concerns. Employees were recognized for their work on the HVAC system at the Law and Justice Center. A presentation was given regarding National Adoption Day. The Board approved notice items related to the Transportation Improvement Program and shelter fencing. Deliberation items included the adoption of Public Health fees, acceptance of a Department of Commerce grant for LED upgrades, approval of title insurance documents for a shelter renovation, and the authorization of various contracts including those for youth advocacy, consolidation of health services, and eviction prevention services.
