City of Oakwood Regular Meeting
The City Council held a regular meeting that included public comments regarding landscape maintenance issues at the Dayton Country Club property. The Council passed a resolution to provide for an election regarding a renewal tax levy for current expenses and general operations. An ordinance was also passed to levy special assessments for sidewalk and appurtenance construction. Additionally, the Council received a comprehensive staff report from the Engineering and Public Works Department covering ongoing infrastructure projects, the Lead and Copper Rule improvements, and plans for a computerized maintenance management system. The City Manager provided updates on upcoming community events and infrastructure program schedules.
